- I am a 42 year old married woman with two sons. The program I use is Weight Watchers. I believe in eating healthy, not starvation, not denying myself the foods I like. From January 2006 to June 2007, I went from 234 pounds to under 150, successfully losing 86 pounds. In almost a year, I've gained some back. This blog is to assist me in my journey on getting back on the right track. All entries written in this journal have been written by me, unless otherwise notes.
